
Quick & Easy American Beef Scramble

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Beef Steak
- 8 units Eggs
- 1 unit Onion
- 1 unit Green Bell Pepper
- 1.5 cups Cheddar Cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Slice the beef steak into thin strips.
- Heat up a pan with the olive oil. Fry the beef strips until they are brown and crispy.
- In the same pan, add the chopped onions and diced bell pepper. Cook until they are soft.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the whisked eggs into the pan with the beef and vegetables. Keep stirring until the eggs are cooked.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese all over the scrambled eggs. Cover and cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve the scramble with a side of toast and enjoy your quick and easy American-style breakfast.
