Quick & Easy American Beef Scramble

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Beef Steak
  • 8 units Eggs
  • 1 unit Onion
  • 1 unit Green Bell Pepper
  • 1.5 cups Cheddar Cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions:

  1. Slice the beef steak into thin strips.
  2. Heat up a pan with the olive oil. Fry the beef strips until they are brown and crispy.
  3. In the same pan, add the chopped onions and diced bell pepper. Cook until they are soft.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan with the beef and vegetables. Keep stirring until the eggs are cooked.
  6. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese all over the scrambled eggs. Cover and cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve the scramble with a side of toast and enjoy your quick and easy American-style breakfast.
