
Quick Chinese Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 4 cups Cooked rice
- 4 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 3 stalks Scallions
- 2 cloves Garlic
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and fry until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to high and add the cooked rice. Stir-fry the rice for 2-3 minutes.
- Push the rice to the side of the skillet/wok and pour the whisked eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs, breaking them into small bits.
- Once the eggs are cooked, mix them with the rice.
- Add soy sauce, chopped scallions, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Serve the egg fried rice hot, garnished with some more chopped green onions.
