Quick Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Chicken boneless
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Tandoori masala
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
  2. Whisk together yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and mix well ensuring all pieces are coated with the marinade. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook for about 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and slightly blackened.
