
Quick Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Chicken boneless
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Tandoori masala
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
- Whisk together yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and mix well ensuring all pieces are coated with the marinade. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook for about 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and slightly blackened.
