
Quick Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 pound thinly sliced beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 inch piece ginger
- 4 stalks scallions
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 cups white rice
Instructions:
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In the meantime, marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Chop the garlic, ginger, and scallions.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Saute the ginger and garlic for a minute or two, then add the scallions and cook until fragrant.
- Increase heat to high and add the marinated beef. Stir fry until the beef is fully cooked.
- Serve the stir-fry over rice. Enjoy your quick and easy Chinese breakfast.
