
Quick and Easy Thai Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Fresh Shrimp
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper
- 1 whole Yellow Onion
- 1 cup Thai Basil Leaves
- 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- to taste Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Clean and peel the shrimp, leaving the tails intact. Devein if desired.
- Mince the garlic. Slice the bell pepper and onion into thin strips.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and stir fry until pink.
- Add the onion and bell pepper, stir fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a generous amount of black pepper. Cook for another minute.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the Thai basil leaves. Serve immediately with steamed Jasmine rice.
