
Quick And Easy Seafood Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- 350 grams Mixed Seafood (shrimp, calamari, scallops)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 cup Parsley
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. Once done, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and chilli flakes. Cook until the garlic is golden brown.
- Add the mixed seafood to the skillet. Cook until the seafood is thoroughly cooked. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss everything together so that the pasta is well coated with the garlic and chilli flakes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle some finely chopped parsley for garnish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your quick and easy seafood pasta.
