Quick And Easy Seafood Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Spaghetti
  • 350 grams Mixed Seafood (shrimp, calamari, scallops)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Parsley
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. Once done, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and chilli flakes. Cook until the garlic is golden brown.
  3. Add the mixed seafood to the skillet. Cook until the seafood is thoroughly cooked. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss everything together so that the pasta is well coated with the garlic and chilli flakes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle some finely chopped parsley for garnish.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your quick and easy seafood pasta.
