
Quick and Easy Seafood Chowder

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 medium-sized Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves
- 400 grams Mixed seafood
- 1 tablespoon Cornflour
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 2 medium-sized Potatoes
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic cloves, cook until onion is translucent.
- Add potatoes and broth, bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are just tender.
- In a separate bowl, mix cornflour with a bit of cold water until smooth. Slowly add to the pot, stirring constantly.
- Add mixed seafood and milk to the pot. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes, until seafood is cooked through and soup is slightly thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
