
Quick and Easy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:
- 8 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:
- 1. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together until well combined.
- 2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- 3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. As the eggs start to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds.
- 4. Continue cooking, pulling, lifting and folding eggs, until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not stir constantly.
- 5. Just before the eggs are fully cooked, sprinkle the cheese over the eggs and let it melt.
- 6. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
