Quick and Easy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:

  1. 1. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together until well combined.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. As the eggs start to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds.
  4. 4. Continue cooking, pulling, lifting and folding eggs, until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not stir constantly.
  5. 5. Just before the eggs are fully cooked, sprinkle the cheese over the eggs and let it melt.
  6. 6. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
