
Quick and Easy Midnight Shrimp Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Shrimp
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 3 stalks Green onions
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Water
- 2 cups Cooked white rice
Instructions:
- Prepare the vegetables by mincing the garlic, chopping the green onions and slicing the bell pepper.
- Combine the soy sauce, honey, cornstarch and water in a bowl.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through.
- Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
- Add the bell pepper to the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until slightly softened.
- Return the shrimp to the pan and add the sauce, stirring to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve the stir-fry over the cooked rice and garnish with green onions.
