
Quick and Easy Mexican Beef Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 packet Taco seasoning mix
- 1 can Refried beans
- 12 pieces Taco shells
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1 whole Avocado
- 2 whole Tomatoes
- 1 whole Onion
- 1 bundle Cilantro
- 1 whole Lime
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked and no longer pink. Drain the excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning mix to the beef according to the packet instructions.
- In a small pot, heat the refried beans over low heat until warm.
- Preheat your oven to the temperature suggested on the taco shell package and then warm the shells in the oven according to the package instructions.
- Dice the tomatoes, onions and avocado, and chop the cilantro. Mix them together in a bowl and squeeze the juice from the lime onto the mixture to make a fresh salsa.
- Assemble your tacos by spreading a spoonful of beans on each shell, topping with a hearty serving of the seasoned beef, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, and a dollop of the fresh salsa.
