
Quick and Easy Mediterranean Shrimp Snack

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic, cook until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink.
- Remove from heat, add lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Toss everything together to combine.
- Serve warm. Great with a side of pita bread!
