Quick and Easy Mediterranean Shrimp Snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic, cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink.
  4. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and chopped parsley.
  5. Toss everything together to combine.
  6. Serve warm. Great with a side of pita bread!
