
Quick and Easy Mediterranean Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 200 grams Fresh Shrimp
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 handful Fresh Basil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the instruction on the package, until it's al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and shrimp to the pan and sauté them until the shrimp is pink.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the shrimp and tomatoes. Mix well to combine everything.
- Tear the basil leaves and toss them into the pan. Stir once more to distribute the basil, then remove the pan from heat.
- Serve the pasta immediately, preferably with a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese.
