
Quick and Easy Italian Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless pork chops
- to taste Salt and black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 8 slices Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
Instructions:
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the pork chops in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through and golden.
- Remove the pork from the skillet and slice thinly.
- Add the garlic and crushed red pepper to the skillet. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Slice the Italian bread in half and place a few slices of mozzarella cheese on each half.
- Top the cheese with the sliced pork and spoon some of the garlic and red pepper mixture on top.
- Close the sandwiches and grill on each side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
