
Quick and Easy Indian-Style Pork Breakfast Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pork loin, cut into thin strips
- 2 medium Onions, finely chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch piece Fresh ginger, minced
- 2 peppers Green chili peppers, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- handful Fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped onions to the pan and sauté until they start to soften, about 3 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic, ginger, and chopped chili peppers to the pan, and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the sliced pork to the pan and sauté until it is no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add the garam masala, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure all the pork pieces are coated in the spices, and then cook for a few more minutes until the spices are well-blended into the mixture.
- Finally, sprinkle the chopped cilantro on top and serve! This quick and easy Indian-style pork breakfast stir-fry is best enjoyed with paratha or naan bread.
