
Quick and Easy Indian Beef Curry for Midnight Cravings

Ingredients:
- 0.5 pound Beef
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 0.5 can Canned Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- to taste Salt
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the finely chopped onions, and fry until they turn golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan, and stir for a couple of minutes.
- Add the beef to the pan, and mix well. Continue to cook for 5 minutes, or until the beef is browned.
- Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala to the pan, and mix well.
- Add the diced tomatoes and salt to the pan, and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes, or until the tomatoes are well cooked and the beef is done.
- The beef curry is now ready. Serve hot with bread or rice.
