Quick and Easy Indian Beef Curry for Midnight Cravings

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 pound Beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 0.5 can Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • to taste Salt

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the finely chopped onions, and fry until they turn golden brown.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan, and stir for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add the beef to the pan, and mix well. Continue to cook for 5 minutes, or until the beef is browned.
  4. Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala to the pan, and mix well.
  5. Add the diced tomatoes and salt to the pan, and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes, or until the tomatoes are well cooked and the beef is done.
  6. The beef curry is now ready. Serve hot with bread or rice.
