Quick and Easy Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices White Bread
  • 1 slice Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbs Butter

Instructions:

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice of bread on a hot skillet with the butter side down.
  3. Put the cheddar cheese slice on the bread in the skillet.
  4. Place the second slice of bread on top of the cheese with the butter side up.
  5. Cook until the bottom piece of bread is golden brown. Flip the sandwich over and cook until the other piece of bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. This should take about 2 minutes on each side.
