
Quick and Easy French Fruit Tart

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Ready-made shortcrust pastry
- 1 cup Mixed Fruits (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the pastry and line a tart tray. Prick all over with a fork to prevent it from puffing up during baking.
- Bake the pastry shell in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the eggs, sugar, cream, and vanilla essence until smooth.
- Once the pastry shell has baked, remove it from the oven and fill with the cream mixture.
- Arrange the mixed fruits on top of the cream mixture.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cream is set and the fruit is lightly caramelized.
