
Quick and Easy Chinese Fruit Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Mixed fruits
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Sliced almonds
Instructions:
- Prepare your fruit by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger.
- In a large non-stick frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over high heat.
- Add the chopped garlic and ginger to the pan and stir-fry for a minute.
- Add the fruit to the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until it starts to soften.
- Add the soy sauce and honey to the pan, stirring to coat the fruit evenly.
- Continue to stir-fry the fruit for another 2-3 minutes until it is hot and caramelized.
- Serve the fruit stir-fry hot, sprinkled with the sliced almonds.
