Quick and Easy Chinese Fruit Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Mixed fruits
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Sliced almonds

Instructions:

  1. Prepare your fruit by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger.
  3. In a large non-stick frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over high heat.
  4. Add the chopped garlic and ginger to the pan and stir-fry for a minute.
  5. Add the fruit to the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until it starts to soften.
  6. Add the soy sauce and honey to the pan, stirring to coat the fruit evenly.
  7. Continue to stir-fry the fruit for another 2-3 minutes until it is hot and caramelized.
  8. Serve the fruit stir-fry hot, sprinkled with the sliced almonds.
