Quick and Easy Chinese Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Mixed fruits (apple, banana, mango, berries)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 10 Mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest

Instructions:

  1. Chop all the fruits into bite-sized chunks and put them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the honey and lime juice until well combined. This will be your dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruits and stir gently until all the fruits are coated.
  4. Sprinkle the salad with toasted sesame seeds, orange zest, and mint leaves.
  5. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 1-2 hours if you prefer it chilled.
