Quick and Easy Chinese Egg Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 piece Green onions
  • 1 piece Bell Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet chili sauce

Instructions:

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and chopped green onions to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped bell pepper to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs on the other side. Stir the eggs until they are fully cooked.
  6. Mix the cooked eggs and vegetables together in the pan.
  7. Add the soy sauce and sweet chili sauce, mixing well to combine all ingredients.
  8. Cook for an extra 2-3 minutes and then serve hot.
