
Quick and Easy Chinese Egg Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 4 piece Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 piece Green onions
- 1 piece Bell Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sweet chili sauce
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped green onions to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chopped bell pepper to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs on the other side. Stir the eggs until they are fully cooked.
- Mix the cooked eggs and vegetables together in the pan.
- Add the soy sauce and sweet chili sauce, mixing well to combine all ingredients.
- Cook for an extra 2-3 minutes and then serve hot.
