Quick and Easy Chinese Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Beef, sliced into thin strips
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 4 cups Mixed Stir Fry Vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, etc.)
  • 2 cups White Rice

Instructions:

  1. Start by cooking your rice according to the package instructions.
  2. While the rice is cooking, marinate the beef strips with soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add a tablespoon of oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Once hot, add the garlic and ginger, stir for a minute.
  4. Add the marinated beef to the wok and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until it's browned and just cooked through. Remove beef from the wok and set aside.
  5. In the same wok, add your stir fry vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes or until tender.
  6. Return the cooked beef back into the wok, stir well to combine with the vegetables.
  7. Serve the stir-fry over your cooked rice and enjoy your quick and easy Chinese beef stir-fry.
