
Quick and Easy Chinese Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Beef, sliced into thin strips
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 4 cups Mixed Stir Fry Vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, etc.)
- 2 cups White Rice
Instructions:
- Start by cooking your rice according to the package instructions.
- While the rice is cooking, marinate the beef strips with soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Add a tablespoon of oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Once hot, add the garlic and ginger, stir for a minute.
- Add the marinated beef to the wok and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until it's browned and just cooked through. Remove beef from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add your stir fry vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes or until tender.
- Return the cooked beef back into the wok, stir well to combine with the vegetables.
- Serve the stir-fry over your cooked rice and enjoy your quick and easy Chinese beef stir-fry.
