
Quick and Easy Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients:
- 2 Boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and minced garlic. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 6 to 7 minutes.
- Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken. Stir to coat the chicken with the sauce.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with the water. Add this slurry to the skillet, and stir well.
- Cook for a few more minutes, until the sauce is thickened.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
