
Quick and Easy Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 eggs Egg
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each breast in the flour and shake off excess.
- Then, dip the breast into the eggs and then a final dip in breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
- Heat oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add chicken breasts and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish, place browned chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of each breast.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with pasta or salad on the side.
