Quick and Easy Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 eggs Egg
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each breast in the flour and shake off excess.
  4. Then, dip the breast into the eggs and then a final dip in breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
  5. Heat oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add chicken breasts and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  6. Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish, place browned chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of each breast.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and chicken is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot with pasta or salad on the side.
