
Quick and Easy Butter Chicken

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Chicken
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- to taste Salt
Instructions:
- In a pan, melt the butter on medium heat.
- Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until it turns translucent and starts to brown.
- Add the ginger and garlic paste to the pan and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Add the garam masala and red chili powder to the pan and mix well.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they start to turn white.
- Add the tomato puree to the pan, cover it, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Once the chicken is fully cooked, add the heavy cream and salt to the pan and mix well.
- Cover the pan again and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve the butter chicken hot with rice or naan.
