Quick and Easy Beef Stir-fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Beef steak
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 3 cups Mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 cups White rice

Instructions:

  1. 1. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2. While rice is cooking, in a large wok or skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Slice beef into thin strips and add to hot wok, cooking until brown and slightly crispy.
  4. 4. Mince garlic and ginger, and add to wok, stirring regularly.
  5. 5. Add vegetables to wok, and stir-fry until tender, but still vibrant and crisp.
  6. 6. Add soy sauce and stir, allowing all ingredients to meld together.
  7. 7. Serve hot over cooked rice.
