
Quick and Easy Beef Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Beef steak
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 3 cups Mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 cups White rice
Instructions:
- 1. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
- 2. While rice is cooking, in a large wok or skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- 3. Slice beef into thin strips and add to hot wok, cooking until brown and slightly crispy.
- 4. Mince garlic and ginger, and add to wok, stirring regularly.
- 5. Add vegetables to wok, and stir-fry until tender, but still vibrant and crisp.
- 6. Add soy sauce and stir, allowing all ingredients to meld together.
- 7. Serve hot over cooked rice.
