
Quick and Easy Beef Skillet Nachos

Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 bag Tortilla Chips
- 1.5 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 piece Jalapeno, sliced
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 jar Black Olives, sliced
- to taste Ranch Dressing
- 2 stalks Green Onions
- to taste Sour Cream
- to taste Guacamole
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain the fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning mix and diced tomatoes. Allow to simmer for five minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
- Place half of the tortilla chips on the bottom of an oven-safe skillet.
- Spread half of the beef mixture on top of the chips, followed by 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Repeat this layer with the remaining chips, beef, and cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with jalapenos, olives, ranch dressing, green onions, sour cream, and guacamole. Serve immediately.
