
Quick and Easy Beef Bourguignon

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Beef Chuck Roast
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Red Wine
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 2 medium sized Carrots
- 1 cup Button Mushrooms
- 1 cup Pearl Onions
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- To taste Salt
- To taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Cut the beef into 2 inch chunks and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and brown the beef.
- Add the crushed garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in the wine and broth, scraping the bottom of the pan to lift any beefy bits. Let simmer for a few minutes to reduce.
- Add in the chopped carrots, mushrooms, and pearl onions. Sprinkle in the thyme and let it all simmer for 15 minutes until the veggies are tender.
- Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper, if needed.
- Serve your Quick and Easy Beef Bourguignon hot.
