Quick and Easy American Rice Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • 2 cups Assorted Vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
  • 1 medium size White Onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic Cloves

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and add it into the pan. Stir occasionally until the chicken is fully cooked.
  3. Chop the onions and garlic cloves. Add to the pan and stir until onions turn translucent.
  4. Add the assorted vegetables into the pan and stir-fry for about five minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce into the pan. Stir well with the other ingredients until everything is well incorporated.
  6. Serve the rice stir-fry while hot. Enjoy your quick and easy American dinner!
