
Quick and Easy American Rice Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 4 cups Cooked Rice
- 1 lb Chicken Breast
- 2 cups Assorted Vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
- 1 medium size White Onions
- 2 cloves Garlic Cloves
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and add it into the pan. Stir occasionally until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Chop the onions and garlic cloves. Add to the pan and stir until onions turn translucent.
- Add the assorted vegetables into the pan and stir-fry for about five minutes.
- Add the cooked rice and soy sauce into the pan. Stir well with the other ingredients until everything is well incorporated.
- Serve the rice stir-fry while hot. Enjoy your quick and easy American dinner!
