Pork Carnitas Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Boneless Pork Shoulder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Onion
- 1 Orange
- 20 Small Corn Tortillas
- To Taste Fresh Cilantro
- 4 Lime
- 1 Cup Queso Fresco
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
- 2. Rub the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano. Place it in a roasting pan.
- 3. Crush the garlic cloves and scatter them around the pork. Slice the onion and orange and lay them on top of the pork.
- 4. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and roast for 3 hours, or until the pork is very tender and can be easily pulled apart with a fork.
- 5. Once the pork is cooked, shred it and toss it in the pan juices.
- 6. Heat up the small corn tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- 7. Serve the shredded pork on the warm tortillas, topped with fresh cilantro, a squeeze of lime, and crumbled queso fresco. Enjoy your exotic Pork Carnitas Tacos.
