Pork Aglio Olio

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Spaghetti
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 200 grams Pork
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Boil the spaghetti as per the instructions on the packet and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Finely slice the garlic and add it to the pan. Cook until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.
  3. Add the pork to the pan and cook until it's browned on all sides. Season it with salt and black pepper.
  4. Add the chili flakes to the pan and stir well.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss well to combine all the ingredients. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove the pan from the heat, garnish with the chopped parsley and serve hot.
