
Pork Aglio Olio

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 200 grams Pork
- 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Boil the spaghetti as per the instructions on the packet and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan. Finely slice the garlic and add it to the pan. Cook until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.
- Add the pork to the pan and cook until it's browned on all sides. Season it with salt and black pepper.
- Add the chili flakes to the pan and stir well.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss well to combine all the ingredients. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat, garnish with the chopped parsley and serve hot.
