Ingredients:
- 200 grams spaghetti
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 2 stalks green onions
- to taste strip nori (seaweed)
- to garnish teaspoon sesame seeds
- as needed cooking oil
Instructions:
- Boil the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Beat the eggs then add to the pan, scrambling them until they're just set.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with scrambled eggs. Drizzle with soy sauce and mirin, stirring well to evenly coat the pasta.
- Divide the pasta between two plates. Top with sliced green onions, a strip of nori, and a sprinkling of sesame seeds before serving.
