
Pasta Aglio e Olio

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Spaghetti
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, stirring occasionally, until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic, stirring often, until golden, about 5 minutes.
- Add red pepper flakes and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
- Add pasta and 1/2 cup reserved pasta water to pan. Cook, tossing and adding more pasta water if needed, until a glossy sauce forms.
- Remove from heat, add parsley, and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with extra red pepper flakes on top. Enjoy your delicious snack!
