
Paneer Tikka Masala

Ingredients:
- 250 grams Paneer (Indian cottage cheese)
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tsp Red chili powder
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- 0.25 cup Fresh cream
- 2 tbsp Oil
- to taste Salt
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix yogurt with red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Add paneer cubes to this marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Leave it to rest for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Add the tomato puree and mix well. Cook till it reduces to a thick paste.
- Add the marinated paneer to this paste and mix well. Allow it to simmer for 5-7 minutes until the paneer is cooked and the flavors blend well.
- Stir in the fresh cream and mix gently.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with Naan or rice.
