
Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Paneer
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 medium size Onions
- 3 medium size Tomatoes
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 2 medium size Green Chillies
- 15 pieces Cashew Nuts
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Fenugreek Leaves
- to taste Salt
Instructions:
- 1. Heat one tablespoon of butter in a pan.
- 2. Add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies, and cashews. Cook until onions are slight brown.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
- 4. Let the mixture cool down and then blend it to a smooth paste.
- 5. In the same pan, add remaining butter and pour the blended paste in it.
- 6. Add red chilli powder, salt and garam masala.
- 7. Cook till butter starts leaving the side of the pan.
- 8. Add paneer cubes and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 9. Finally add fenugreek leaves.
- 10. Serve hot with roti or rice.
