Mixed Fruit Poha

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Poha (flattened rice)
  • 1 medium Apple
  • 1 medium Banana
  • 0.5 (medium size) Papaya
  • 0.25 cup Pomegranate
  • 3 tablespoons Jaggery powder
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee (Clarified butter)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cardamom powder

Instructions:

  1. Firstly, wash the poha in cold water and keep it aside to let it soak and fluff.
  2. Chop the apple, banana, and papaya into small pieces.
  3. Melt the ghee in a pan on medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped fruits to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the poha to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add the jaggery powder and cardamom powder to the pan and mix gently until well combined.
  7. Top with pomegranate seeds and serve warm.
