
Mixed Fruit Poha

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Poha (flattened rice)
- 1 medium Apple
- 1 medium Banana
- 0.5 (medium size) Papaya
- 0.25 cup Pomegranate
- 3 tablespoons Jaggery powder
- 2 tablespoons Ghee (Clarified butter)
- 0.5 teaspoon Cardamom powder
Instructions:
- Firstly, wash the poha in cold water and keep it aside to let it soak and fluff.
- Chop the apple, banana, and papaya into small pieces.
- Melt the ghee in a pan on medium heat.
- Add the chopped fruits to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the poha to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Add the jaggery powder and cardamom powder to the pan and mix gently until well combined.
- Top with pomegranate seeds and serve warm.
