Miso-Sesame Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Fresh salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons White miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • to taste Green onions

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the white miso paste, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice to make the glaze.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the glaze evenly over the top of the salmon fillets.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top before serving.
