Midnight Yoshimurа Tonkotsu Ramen

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Pork belly
  • 4 cups Tonkotsu ramen broth
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 stalks Green onion
  • 2 Nori sheet
  • 2 teaspoons Black garlic oil

Instructions:

  1. Start boiling eggs and cook until they're soft-boiled (about 6 minutes). After they're cooked, plunge them into cold water to stop the cooking process.
  2. Slice pork belly into thin slices. Add them to a heated skillet and cook each side for about 3-4 minutes or until well-browned.
  3. In a pot over medium heat, heat the Tonkotsu ramen broth. Once simmering, add the cooked pork belly slices and black garlic oil. Let it simmer for few more minutes.
  4. While the broth is simmering, cook your Ramen noodles according to the package instructions only until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  5. To serve, place a portion of noodles into each serving bowl. Pour the hot tonkotsu broth with pork belly over the noodles. Top each bowl with a peeled soft-boiled egg, sliced green onion, and a sheet of nori.
  6. Your authentic, exotic Midnight Yoshimurа Tonkotsu Ramen is ready to enjoy.
