Midnight Yoshimurа Tonkotsu Ramen

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Pork belly
- 4 cups Tonkotsu ramen broth
- 2 packs Ramen noodles
- 2 Eggs
- 2 stalks Green onion
- 2 Nori sheet
- 2 teaspoons Black garlic oil
Instructions:
- Start boiling eggs and cook until they're soft-boiled (about 6 minutes). After they're cooked, plunge them into cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Slice pork belly into thin slices. Add them to a heated skillet and cook each side for about 3-4 minutes or until well-browned.
- In a pot over medium heat, heat the Tonkotsu ramen broth. Once simmering, add the cooked pork belly slices and black garlic oil. Let it simmer for few more minutes.
- While the broth is simmering, cook your Ramen noodles according to the package instructions only until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- To serve, place a portion of noodles into each serving bowl. Pour the hot tonkotsu broth with pork belly over the noodles. Top each bowl with a peeled soft-boiled egg, sliced green onion, and a sheet of nori.
