Ingredients:

  • 1 pack pizza dough
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups, shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup, sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup, sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a circle, and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomato sauce.
  5. Arrange the sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach over the cheese.
  6. Drizzle the pizza with the olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned, about 15 to 20 minutes.
