Midnight Vegetable Yakisoba

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Yakisoba Noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium-size Green Pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium-size Carrot, sliced
  • 100 grams Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 200 grams White Cabbage, chopped
  • 5 tablespoons Yakisoba Sauce
  • to taste n/a Shredded Nori Seaweed
  • to taste n/a Pickled Red Ginger (Beni Shoga)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and briefly fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the green pepper, carrot, mushrooms, and cabbage, and stir-fry until the vegetables begin to soften.
  5. Add the cooked yakisoba noodles and yakisoba sauce to the pan. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are combined and the noodles are fully coated in the sauce.
  6. Serve the yakisoba with a sprinkle of nori seaweed and a side of pickled ginger. Enjoy this tasty midnight snack!
