
Midnight Tonkotsu Ramen

Ingredients:
- 2 packs Instant Ramen Noodles
- 200 grams Pork Belly
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 slice Ginger
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 pieces Green Onions
- 2 pieces Boiled Eggs
- 4 sheets Seaweed Sheets
Instructions:
- Cut the pork belly into thin slices.
- In a hot pan, add the pork slices and cook them until they are thoroughly done. Set the pork slices aside.
- In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sliced ginger. Cook them for 1-2 minutes until they are fragrant.
- Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, and mirin into the pan. Bring the mixture to boil.
- While the broth is boiling, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
- When the broth is done, divide it into two bowls.
- Place the cooked ramen noodles into the broth.
- Place the cooked pork slices, green onions, boiled eggs, and seaweed sheets on top of the noodles.
- Your Midnight Tonkotsu Ramen is ready to be served.
