Midnight Tonkotsu Ramen

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs Instant Ramen Noodles
  • 200 grams Pork Belly
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 slice Ginger
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 pieces Green Onions
  • 2 pieces Boiled Eggs
  • 4 sheets Seaweed Sheets

Instructions:

  1. Cut the pork belly into thin slices.
  2. In a hot pan, add the pork slices and cook them until they are thoroughly done. Set the pork slices aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sliced ginger. Cook them for 1-2 minutes until they are fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, and mirin into the pan. Bring the mixture to boil.
  5. While the broth is boiling, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
  6. When the broth is done, divide it into two bowls.
  7. Place the cooked ramen noodles into the broth.
  8. Place the cooked pork slices, green onions, boiled eggs, and seaweed sheets on top of the noodles.
  9. Your Midnight Tonkotsu Ramen is ready to be served.
