
Midnight Thai Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Boneless chicken
- 1 bunch thai basil
- 100 grams green beans
- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 3 pieces garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 cups rice
Instructions:
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions and keep it aside.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces and slice the red bell pepper.
- Heat oil in a wok or a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook until brown.
- Add the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until it's no longer pink.
- Add the green beans and sliced bell pepper, stir fry for another 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix together the fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar.
- Pour this sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the pan, stirring well to coat.
- Stir in the Thai basil leaves and cook for another minute.
