Midnight Thai Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Boneless chicken
  • 1 bunch thai basil
  • 100 grams green beans
  • 1 piece red bell pepper
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 cups rice

Instructions:

  1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions and keep it aside.
  2. Cut the chicken into small pieces and slice the red bell pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a wok or a large frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the garlic and cook until brown.
  5. Add the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until it's no longer pink.
  6. Add the green beans and sliced bell pepper, stir fry for another 2 minutes.
  7. In a bowl, mix together the fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar.
  8. Pour this sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the pan, stirring well to coat.
  9. Stir in the Thai basil leaves and cook for another minute.
  10. Your Midnight Thai Chicken Stir Fry is ready to be served. Best enjoyed with the warm rice.
