Midnight Spicy Szechuan Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 3 tablespoons Szechuan sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Vegetables (bell peppers, carrots)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large frying pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil.
  4. Saute the minced garlic and ginger until aromatic.
  5. Add the vegetables, and stir fry until they're lightly cooked.
  6. Stir in the Szechuan sauce and soy sauce.
  7. Toss in the cooked pasta, and stir well to combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with chopped spring onions or sesame seeds if desired.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy your midnight spicy Szechuan pasta!
