
Midnight Spicy Szechuan Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 3 tablespoons Szechuan sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Vegetables (bell peppers, carrots)
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- To taste Salt
- To taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a large frying pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil.
- Saute the minced garlic and ginger until aromatic.
- Add the vegetables, and stir fry until they're lightly cooked.
- Stir in the Szechuan sauce and soy sauce.
- Toss in the cooked pasta, and stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions or sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy your midnight spicy Szechuan pasta!
