
Midnight Spicy Japanese Pork Ramen

Ingredients:
- 2 packages Ramen Noodles
- 1 pound Pork Tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Chili Oil
- 4 stalks Green Onions
- 2 units Soft Boiled Eggs
- 2 units Sliced Red Chili
Instructions:
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook the pork tenderloin in vegetable oil until browned.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and cook for another minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and chili oil. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat and let the broth simmer for 20 minutes.
- While the broth is simmering, cook the ramen noodles as per the package instructions and set aside.
- Slice the green onions and set aside. Prepare the soft boiled eggs and set aside.
- After the broth has simmered, strain it through a fine mesh sieve and return the broth to the pot. Discard the solids.
- Turn the heat back to medium-low, cut the cooked pork into thin slices and return them to the pot. Add the noodles and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with green onions, soft boiled eggs, and slices of red chili. Add more chili oil if desired.
