Midnight Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Spaghetti
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 4 Slices Bacon
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Black Pepper
  • To taste Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

  1. Boil the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, chop the bacon and cook in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in some cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, saving some of the pasta water. Add the pasta to the skillet with the bacon.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and toss well.
  6. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the saved pasta water to thin it out.
  7. Serve immediately, sprinkling extra cheese and black pepper on top.
