
Midnight Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 4 Slices Bacon
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black Pepper
- To taste Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
- Boil the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, chop the bacon and cook in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in some cheese, salt, and black pepper.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, saving some of the pasta water. Add the pasta to the skillet with the bacon.
- Remove the skillet from heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and toss well.
- If the sauce is too thick, add some of the saved pasta water to thin it out.
- Serve immediately, sprinkling extra cheese and black pepper on top.
