Midnight Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Spaghetti
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Boil the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the spaghetti is boiling, peel and finely slice the garlic.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, add the garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until the garlic is golden brown.
  4. Pour two tablespoons of pasta water into the pan, then drain the pasta.
  5. Add the drained pasta to the pan and toss well to combine.
  6. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, toss again and serve immediately.
