
Midnight Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Boil the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the spaghetti is boiling, peel and finely slice the garlic.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, add the garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until the garlic is golden brown.
- Pour two tablespoons of pasta water into the pan, then drain the pasta.
- Add the drained pasta to the pan and toss well to combine.
- Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, toss again and serve immediately.
