Midnight Seafood Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Spaghetti
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 piece Red chili
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 200 grams Mixed seafood
  • 100 milliliters White wine
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the spaghetti is cooking, finely chop the garlic and red chili.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the garlic and chili, and fry for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is golden.
  4. Add the mixed seafood to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the wine and let it simmer until the alcohol has evaporated.
  6. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the seafood. Mix everything together well so that the pasta is coated in the sauce.
  7. Chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the pasta. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste. Serve immediately.
