
Midnight Seafood Spaghetti

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Red chili
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 200 grams Mixed seafood
- 100 milliliters White wine
- 1 bunch Parsley
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
- While the spaghetti is cooking, finely chop the garlic and red chili.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the garlic and chili, and fry for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is golden.
- Add the mixed seafood to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the wine and let it simmer until the alcohol has evaporated.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the seafood. Mix everything together well so that the pasta is coated in the sauce.
- Chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the pasta. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste. Serve immediately.
