
Midnight Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until the yolks and white are fully combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the butter and let it melt.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Let them cook undisturbed until they start to set around the edges, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir the eggs continuously with a spatula, pushing them from one side of the pan to the other, until they are softly set and slightly runny in places, about 1 minute more.
- Immediately remove from heat and serve hot, making sure not to overcook.
