Midnight Ramen with Exotic Seafood

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 8 pieces Shrimp
  • 4 pieces Scallops
  • 1 tsp Squid ink
  • 2 stalks Spring onions
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 4 cups Chicken broth

Instructions:

  1. Bring the chicken broth to boil in a pot.
  2. Add minced ginger and garlic to the broth and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the soy sauce and squid ink, then stir well until the broth turns a dark hue.
  4. Cook the ramen noodles in a separate pot according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  5. In a frying pan, sauté the shrimp and scallops until cooked through, then set aside.
  6. Divide the cooked noodles between two bowls and pour the hot broth over the top.
  7. Top with the cooked seafood and freshly chopped spring onions.
  8. Serve the Midnight Ramen with Exotic Seafood immediately, while still hot.
