
Midnight Ramen with Exotic Seafood

Ingredients:
- 2 packs Ramen noodles
- 8 pieces Shrimp
- 4 pieces Scallops
- 1 tsp Squid ink
- 2 stalks Spring onions
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 cups Chicken broth
Instructions:
- Bring the chicken broth to boil in a pot.
- Add minced ginger and garlic to the broth and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce and squid ink, then stir well until the broth turns a dark hue.
- Cook the ramen noodles in a separate pot according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a frying pan, sauté the shrimp and scallops until cooked through, then set aside.
- Divide the cooked noodles between two bowls and pour the hot broth over the top.
- Top with the cooked seafood and freshly chopped spring onions.
- Serve the Midnight Ramen with Exotic Seafood immediately, while still hot.
