Midnight Ramen Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets Instant ramen noodles
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 Soft-boiled eggs
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 2 Nori sheets
  • To taste Chili oil

Instructions:

  1. 1. Start with preparing the instant ramen noodles as per instructions on the packet.
  2. 2. In a separate pot, heat the chicken broth, adding minced garlic and soy sauce.
  3. 3. After the broth has come to a simmer, add the cooked noodles in.
  4. 4. Let the noodles simmer in the broth for a few minutes until they have absorbed some of the flavors.
  5. 5. Plate the ramen noodles, pour over the broth. Add the soft boiled egg cut in half.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions, a sheet of nori and a drizzle of chili oil.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy your midnight ramen bowl.
