
Midnight Ramen Bowl

Ingredients:
- 2 packets Instant ramen noodles
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 Soft-boiled eggs
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 2 Nori sheets
- To taste Chili oil
Instructions:
- 1. Start with preparing the instant ramen noodles as per instructions on the packet.
- 2. In a separate pot, heat the chicken broth, adding minced garlic and soy sauce.
- 3. After the broth has come to a simmer, add the cooked noodles in.
- 4. Let the noodles simmer in the broth for a few minutes until they have absorbed some of the flavors.
- 5. Plate the ramen noodles, pour over the broth. Add the soft boiled egg cut in half.
- 6. Garnish with chopped green onions, a sheet of nori and a drizzle of chili oil.
- 7. Serve hot and enjoy your midnight ramen bowl.
