
Midnight Ramen

Ingredients:
- 2 packets Dried ramen noodles
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1.5 tablespoons Low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1/4 cup Sliced green onions
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
- 2 Soft boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup Sliced pork belly
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot over medium heat, saute the garlic in the sesame oil until fragrant.
- Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, stir to combine.
- Add the chicken broth, bring to a boil, and reduce to simmer. Stir in the mushrooms. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Ladle the broth into bowls. Add the drained ramen noodles. Top with soft boiled eggs, green onions, and pork belly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your midnight comfort food.
